This page explains how to delete your account and data for "TCG-T" (store name: TCG Training), an app provided by AIyabane.
Delete in the app (if you are signed in)
- Open TCG-T
- Go to Settings → Account → "Delete TCG-T account"
- Confirm the deletion
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app
If you have already deleted the app, email us with the email address of the Apple ID or Google account you signed in with. We will verify the request and delete your account.

Data that is deleted
- Your account (the email address and identifier used for sign-in)
- Your point balance and point history
- Your decoration entitlements (sleeves, playmats, etc.)
- Your AI feature usage records
Points and decoration entitlements are not refunded and cannot be restored.
Data that is not deleted or is handled separately
- Data on your device (cards, decks, images, settings) is never sent to our server, so it is not part of this deletion. It is removed when you delete the app
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings
- Purchase records kept by the stores (Apple / Google) are handled under each store's terms
- Cards uploaded for online play are deleted automatically when the table closes or expires (at most 3 hours)
If you are not signed in
While you use the app without signing in, your account is anonymous and holds no information that identifies you. If you delete the app, that account's data can no longer be restored. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us at the address above.
