1. What is free and what uses points
| What you want to do | How it works |
|---|---|
| Set up games, register images and ZIPs, build decks, play solo | The core features are free. You can enter card information by hand. |
| Draw odds and combo odds | The basic calculators are free. |
| Autofill card names and attributes from images with AI | 1 point per card. No points are used if reading fails. |
| Create an online table | The creator uses points. Check the points shown before creating. Joining is free. |
| Use sleeves and playmats | Available by exchanging points per target, or while Premium is active. |
Creating a game setup by talking with an outside AI is separate from the in-app AI autofill that reads card images. Using an outside AI is subject to that service's own pricing and terms.
2. Check, buy and earn points
- Open "Balance" in the "Points" section of Settings.
- Check your current balance, and what was granted or used in "History".
- To buy, sign in, check the packs and store prices shown, and purchase.
| How to get points | Details |
|---|---|
| Buy points | Packs of 60, 200, 450 and 1,000 points. Check the products and prices on the purchase screen. Purchased points do not expire. |
| Video ads | 1 point for watching to the end. The daily limit and remaining count are shown on screen. Sometimes no ad is available. |
| Premium benefit | 150 points are granted each monthly purchase or renewal cycle. |
Point packs are one-time purchases. Nothing is bought automatically when your balance runs low. 30-day decoration exchanges also work by extending when you want to keep going.
4. Auto-renewal and cancelling
Premium renews automatically until you cancel. To stop renewal, use the subscription management of the store you bought from, and check the end date.
| Store you bought from | How to cancel |
|---|---|
| App Store | On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions and choose the subscription. Apple's official steps |
| Google Play | In Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and choose the subscription. Google's official steps |
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Check the renewal date and active period in the store's management screen.
When Premium ends, decorations used through it end too. If a target still has valid point-exchange rights, you can use it within those.
5. Restoring purchases and changing phones
| What you want back | What to check or do |
|---|---|
| Premium status | Make sure you use the same store account as when you bought, then go to Settings → "Premium" → "Restore purchases". |
| Point balance | Sign in to the same app account as when you bought, and refresh the points screen. "Restore purchases" does not re-grant points. |
| Cards, decks and decoration images | These are stored on your device. Signing in or restoring Premium does not move images or decks to another device. |
Before changing phones or reinstalling, save the data you need elsewhere, for example by exporting a card ZIP. A card ZIP does not include everything, such as finished decks, boards and decoration images. See also what a card ZIP covers.
This restore does not guarantee moving Premium to a different store from the one you bought from, such as between iOS and Android. If you are unsure of your purchase status, contact support.
6. If a purchase or points do not show up
- Check the store account you bought with and the account you are signed in to in the app.
- For points, wait a moment, pull down on the points screen to refresh, and check your balance and history.
- For Premium, check the purchase status in the store, then try "Restore purchases".
- If that does not solve it, contact support with what you bought, when, your device and OS, the app version, and any message on screen.
While waiting for a purchase to show up, check your purchase history before buying the same product again. Do not send passwords or card numbers.
